Meaning of zài:
再
again; once more; re-; further; beyond this point of time; (before an adjective) more; then (after sth, and not until then); no matter how ... (followed by an adjective or verb, and then (usually) 也[ye3] or 都[dou1] for emphasis)
Qǐng nǐ zài shuō yí biàn.
请你再说一遍。
Please say it again.
Wǒ xīwàng míngnián néng zài qù Zhōngguó lǚxíng.
我希望明年能再去中国旅行。
I hope to travel to China again next year.
Wǒ xīwàng míngnián de tiānqì huì zài nuǎnhuo yīxiē.
我希望明年的天气会再暖和一些。
I hope the weather will be warmer next year.
Wǒ chī wán fàn, zài qù kàn diànyǐng.
我吃完饭，再去看电影。
I will finish eating, then go to watch a movie.
Bùguǎn shìqíng zài máfan, wǒ dōu huì chǔlǐ.
不管事情再麻烦，我都会处理。
No matter how troublesome the situation is, I will handle it.
(used to introduce additional information, as in 再則|再则[zai4ze2], 再就是[zai4jiu4shi4] etc)
Wǒ xiān qù chāoshì mǎi dōngxi, zài qù yínháng.
我先去超市买东西，再去银行。
I will first go to the supermarket to buy things, then go to the bank.
(literary) to reappear; to reoccur
Tā xīwàng shìqíng bù huì zài fāshēng.
他希望事情不会再发生。
He hopes that the matter will not reoccur.
